  1. RESPECTED MR MOWLI JI,
ALL THE CASES FILED BY THE UOI ON THIS SUBJECT WERE DISMISSED LONG LONG AGO. IWAS ALSO A PARTY IN THAT CASE. NOLW THE UOI HAS BROUGHT IN CCS(MA) RULE 1944, WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG AND HAS BEEN AMENDED EVEN AFTER ADOPTION OF OUR CONSITUTION AND INCORPORATING THE FUNDAMNTAL. RIGHTS . I HAVE ONE MORE JUDGEMENT OF CAT CHANDIGARH BENCH DATED 33/02/2016 IN OA No 060/0884/2014, where in 9 oa of similar nature were allowed , with a very lengthy orders. After the dismissal of our vase in APEX COURT, UOI has refused reimbursement to many penioners under the shadow CCS(MA) Rules 1944. Our team of BPS at Delhi must be taken up for a new rules to be framed in the changed circumstances after 1947.
